Charming historic settings and friendly staff
This delightful old coaching inn is full of character, and I loved the cozy atmosphere. My room was spacious and clean, contributing to a restful night’s sleep. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the home-cooked meals using locally sourced ingredients were a highlight. I think additional attention to breakfast service could enhance the experience further.

I loved the handy breakfast left in my room. it made my early start super easy, and the warm, comfy room was just what I needed after a long day. The cozy lounge area and lush garden were perfect spots to unwind. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, but overall, it was a nice stay! 😊

stayed at the sibson for a night and absolutely loved it! the building has so much character and charm, which is rare to find. my superior double room was spacious and well-equipped with tea-making facilities, USB ports, and plenty of plug sockets. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and i had a great night's sleep. it’s also a perfect spot for exploring nearby attractions like rutland water and burghley house.

Spent a night at The Sibson and absolutely loved the character of the building. The staff made me feel welcomed right away. My superior double room had great decor, spaciousness, and tea-making facilities. The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. Dinner was delightful, with a juicy steak pie and a rich gravy. Breakfast the next morning was satisfying, too. I noticed the room didn't have a hairdryer, which would have been handy after my shower. The noise from the road outside was slightly disruptive when I had the window open, but not unbearable. a really nice stay, but a couple of small details could elevate the experience significantly.

Great staff and tasty food!
We had such a fun time here! The staff were super friendly and nothing felt too much trouble. Dinner was delish—can’t stop thinking about that curry! Our Superior Double Room was comfy, however, the breakfast setup could be more organized. Some food was a bit off, and we had to skip it on our last morning. solid stay.
